there are none but there are products that help. india girls have the nicest hair because they put cocunut olive or mustard oil in their hair once a week. dont play with your hair that will make it grow very quickly

Yes, there is a tablet called Viviscal...only people allergic to shellfish I think cannot take it...but it really makes hair grow fast! My hair grows 1.5 inches a month! Google it...

In general, there really isn't any quick fixes. Hair grows about a half inch per month. Gaining legnth is a matter of only trimming about 1/4 inch every couple months to prevent damage and breakage....

Jell-O contains keratin, which is exactly what hair and nails are composed of....The summer tends to be the best season for growing.....

I wish I could give you something other than the suggestion of hair extentions but there are pro's and con's.....

I would do the triming every other month to keep it healthy and growing and maybe temp hair extensions for special occasions......
