She is three yrs old i try shampooing her and using conditioner but her hair wont grow on her back and the hair is very thin.

Take it to a groomer. Ask them if they can shampoo your yorkie and they will. It will coast though, but it shiny!

If her hair isn't growing, or thinning out, then there might be a diet inadequacy, or she might have a health issue going on. I would take her to the vet before you take her to the groomer, and make sure there's nothing wrong first. After that, if there's nothing wrong with her... The Show Dog owners use extravagently expensive shampoos and conditioners on their dogs to keep their coats shiny like that, they deep condition them, and such, and treat it just like human hair. If your own hair is healthy and shiny, i would recommend doing your dogs hair like your own. We use Garnier products on our yorkie, and her hair is just fine.
