i take good care of my hair...i eat right.. i do as much as i can.

drink lots of water and regularly get it trimmed a tiny bit

stop using and heat on ur hair (eg straighteners) it dries it out

maybe your body is growing too fast.i had that at 11,but once my body stopped growing my hair began to grow.

Well hair grows 1/2 inch every month or so,but if you eat healthy it should grow a bit faster,but since you say you do eat healthy your hair may not be growing because of genetics,some people's hair won't budge past 12 inches and others hair keeps growing,its all genetics

ermm...y not try to eat cococnut more and drink plenty of water and maybe have healthy diet.. i know it sounds wrong but you know. Or try to put oil on i dunno know.....i did put on oil and my hair grew like hell

DO not tirm it. Trimming it will only make it grow slower. Hair legnth is controled be genetics so your gair could have reached it's terminal length and if it has there is nothing you can do. Keep in mind that the fact of hair only growing 6 inches a year is an average so it could grow faster or slower based on that.
