If u are living in a hot region and if your body can tolerate the chillness of Amla , it will surely help you.

But I find it very chill and it causes sinus problems.so i used to apply warm olive oil in my scalp and hair and massage it gently before going to bed. this prevents hair breakage and helps to grow healthy hair fast.u can try that too.u will surely admire your hair after wash.

amla is vry good of hair it helps them getting moreblack and make them grow well

but if you are looking for a oil which helps in growth i suggest you to use almond oil for more affective result

i think u should try cuz i heard from lots of people that amla is a gr8 oil. so i think u should try. if that doesnt work than u should try other one.

I use Amla hair oil. It's great. My hair is now about 1 foot long! But one thing, don't put all of it at the same time. Go slowly. Amla oil helps to grow hair but works slowly. So you have to be patient. Also, I have also tried to put no oil in my hair. That also works. I stopped playing with my hair.

all oil having vita C is gud for hair.if u want 2 use amla hair oil it is gud but dont use fragranced amla oil.only plain amla is ok,but with preservative or with extra fragrance nt gud.u can use home made amla powder,lemon juice etc.these ll give best result

see there is no hair oil which can grow u r hair.it simply keeps u r hair shining.As the feeding for hair is done through blood this oils which r used outside dont help them to grow.U take green vegetablses a lot with iron and food with amino acids which can improve u r hair falling.Its all ads. and it is just for their sale and nothing else.Yes using amla,shikakai,and reetha once a week can keep u r hair strong and helathy but in natural form and not oil instead of using shampoo.
