i never heard of anything that really works that is a product, but getting it trimmed every 2 months really does help it grow faster.

biotin is great but the shampoo you use is also important. Get a shampoo that has no sulfates. Eufora is a great line. Get the pure cleanse shampoo. It smells great and works wonders for thinning hair or growing out your hair.
