some people say it does but some say no it will just make it thicker what do you think if i put my hair in a braid at night and sleep with it do you think it will make my hair grow alittle faster and then leave it down in he day time ?

I think you may be right about it growing faster with it in a braid cause everytime I keep mine up for a while or in a braid I do think it grows alittle faster, however I dont think by leaving it back down in the day will help. I leave mine in a braid for a few days, than wash then put it back up again for a day or so, then I can notice that it grew. Hope it works out for ya!

No, it just seems like it bc when your hair is braided it's in a "squiggly line" and it is otherwise in a "straight line." A straight line goes farther in the same direction than a squiggly one, that's why your hair looks longer when you unbraid it.

yes beacuase it pulls da hair tight and if u keep it in for a few weeks u will see dat ur hair does get longer but if u dont let ur hair rest from braids at least a week ur hair will fall out because of all da growning it does then more pressure is put on it.
