"make sure you are taking your B vitamins. one a day and that would do most of it. it won't actualy grow faster just giving your body its health so that it can perform optimally is the best thing. maybe take some omega 3 fatty acids. women tend to need more of this because of estrogen and the fish oils tend to give this a boost. this is all i know though. don't stress. stress will bring down your bodys defenses and hurt your health."
