ive been wanting to grow my hair out foreverrrrrrr!! but my hair will not grow, ive tried hair growth pills but they made me gain weight and break out, i get my hair trimmed every 4 weeks, i wash my hair every other day and i condition like crazy, it wont grow. any other suggestions? ps. i also got the jessica simpson hair extentions but there a pain.

extentions are like having nail extentions, they all cause damage....leave your hair alone, it will grow, just now as quickly as you would like....it just simply is what it is..for some hair grows very quickly, others very slowly...genetic predisposition.

The only thing i can recommend would be just have lots of vitamin E. Don't wash your hair often, only wash it about a couple of times a week%26amp; try avoiding dyes also, brush your hair furrely.
