i used to have very long hair and cut it about a year ago to just above my shoulders, and now, it has only grown a few inches in the past year. Are there vitamins or shampoos that can help it grow faster and longer?

You can take biotin supplements. Its a vitamin B complex that grows hair and nails. I've tried taking it and it does help, however, it might make your skin itch, so I don't know if you wanna trade faster growing hair for itchy scalp.

thsi is gonan soundso weir but first everyday add some conditioner to ur hair( notleave on regular its bcuz its stronger bczu it only has so much time to make ur hair soft b4 u wash it of) andsecond masage ur scalp for like 3 minutes a day! i know u think omg 3 minutes dats so long but trust me humans waste so much more time like for example ur waiting ofr comertial to end -masaage ur head and stuff like dat
