will another strand of hair grow in its place?

Does hair grow back after it pulled out from the root?

Of course! Another strand of hair will replace it.

Normally, the hair is shed from the root and regrows. The only way the hair won't grow back if you use electrolysis or something else that kills th ehair follicle.

Yes hairs constantly replace themselves otherwise we would all be bald and bare.

Try this ...Take a tweaser and pull out the hair from your leg or any significant spot you can recognize later on ... and do it so fast that the thick ball like root comes out and mark a circle around that place

and after a week see if a Hair grows there....that's the best way to prove all the above answer thus me getting the 10 points :)

Does hair grow back after it pulled out from the root?

Most times, yes. However repeated removal may cause (in some women) a permanent loss of the hair.

Well back in day when the females fought, they pulled handfuls of hair out of the other girls head, with the white tip included, and their hair never grew back. I have seen a few of them and their hair is really thin on top and sides, from hair pulling in fights.
