I really LOVE long nails and hair and i want them to grow. PLEASE someone tell me a home recipie or anything that would help that IS NOT buying prenatal vitamins or sally hansen polishes plz.

There aren't really any home recipes for these things to grow. You have to chemically enhance them somehow. but not necessarily by taking pills and such.
With your hair, what you do is trim it about half an inch every month or two to take of the split and dead ends, it's healthier overall to just do that. For your nails, there are special nail polishes and nail hardeners out there that help with the speed of their growth.
or if you want, you can go to a salon and ask them if they have any hair products that can speed up it's growth. Same with your nails.
If you don't want to do any out of home solutions maybe you could pull on your hair for a little while?

put vaseline on ur nails and for ur hair, eat lots of protein haha tania no esq lime wire wont work because of the firewall but i dont know what that is :(
