Biotin is a good way to make your hair and nails grow faster. And/or you can take prenatals for your daily vitamin. Pregnant women's hair almost always grows faster and they say it is due to the prenatals and specifically the biotin in the prenatals.

u can improve the growth but u cant speed it up

- eat foods rich in proteins coz haie is made up of structural proteins

- do weekly hot oil treatment or deep conditioning to nourish ur hair

- trim ur hair after evry 6-8 weeks to remove split ends coz the latter make ur hair week when they reach the hair roots

- mosturise ur hair when u go out in the sun

- massage ur scalp with wide-toothed comb every night to improve blood circulation to ur head

take vitamin B

take silica (both vit b and silica can be found at vitamin stores)

wash your hair every SECOND day

well you cant make your hair grow faster - but taking your vitamins - eating healthy - and taking care of your hair - will keep it strong so as it gets longer it will be healthy

I HAD THIS TIP ALONG TIME AGO, FROM THE ALMANAC, HAVE IT TRIMMED DURING A FULL MOON IF YOU WANT IT TO GROW FAST AND DURING THE DARK MOON IF YOU DON'T WANT IT TO GROW FAST. IT'S LISTED UNDER ROOT CROPS. SEEMS TO WORK FOR ME.

BIOTIN!! you can get it a t whole foods, the vitamine shoppe, or GNC..it worked on me..it also hellps your nails grow faster and thicker..so they dont break as easily.

to the person that said to wash and brush it a lot, don't do that!! i had hair to my butt but i over brushed and washed it so it was totally dried out and like every hair had a split end. i had to cut it to my shoulders in January and i still miss it..it did grow really fast from all the washing and brushing (over a foot in less then a school year) but it was so ratty that it had to be cut. to keep it growing nicely you should get a trim every once in a while. that always helps.

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
