I've been trying to grow my hair out what are some way's to get it to grow faster.?

So I've been trying to grow my hair out for about a year. I had a freind of mine cut it this summer and she totally messed up my hair. I've been trying to grow it out to go get it cut to atleast have it look good again. I wear it up all the time cause she did such a bad job. But or there products or something out there that can make it grow faster?

There is no products that make your hair grow faster.If somebody says use chemicals/creams or serum's to help there wrong it is also true for brushing hair repeatedly.None of that stuff helps,it will grow by it self on time.

hair does take a while to grow but to help it along the way try to eat healthy, take a vitamin daily. Foods high in protein may help also since hair is mostly made out of it. Try not to aply any heat to your hair. If your hair breaks easily try using redkens extream anti snap. Make sure you're healthy because that can have an effect on your hair growth.
