my sister cut her hair really short and it's a desaster!

and i don't have the money foe extensions!

does eating lots of vitamins or minerals help?

There are vitamins that are called hair vitamins, also mutlivitamins may help..It will take a while to see results but it should work!

there isnt anything (that actually works) that will make your hair grow faster. My only suggestion is a trim every 6 weeks. This stops the hair from splitting and breaking thus making it "grow" faster.

yeah, there's nothing that can make your hair grow faster. sorry.

however, there are different products that can aid in the healthiness, which is key when trying to grow it out.

soy is awesome for your hair. try sexy hair concepts soy shampoos and conditioners. they also come in chocolate and pumpkin scents!

regular trims are key, as well. hair looks the WORST when there's no style left to it! split ends will eventually split up the hair shaft if left 'untreated.'

honestly, she's just gonna have to wait it out if it's just too short, but if it's the cut that's bad, she could have another stylist fix it. they should do it for free.

i feel for her though. i once asked someone to "cut it all off" and she ended up buzzing my hair down so short! the best advice i can give is make up make up make up and jewelry!! that'll keep her looking feminine at least!

I use Garnier Fructis Length and Strength Hard to Grow Long Hair Shampoo and Conditioner. I don't know if it will help you in your situation but my hair seems to grow faster (not a lot) than it used to. My hair used to never grow past my shoulders and now it has grown way past my shoulders in the last 6 months that I've used it.
