My hair breaks pretty easily because I've straightened it soo much (I have naturally REALLY curly hair) and it falls out (Although I still have A LOT of hair) but I want to grow it out (It's to my shoulders now). Is there anything I can do to help it?

Yep go to the health food store and ask them for something called Silica it suppose to make your hair %26amp; nails grow faster and make them healthier. I think it helps your skin too. Anyways it works really good and its pretty cheap. Then when you need to trim your hair get it done on or around the time of the new moon. The best the I can say is 2 not straighten it and comb it too much so it wont break and count-act any growing thats being done.My hair is just like that.I also have curly hair so i thing getting it braided will help it grow so u wont have to comb it and **** too much.
